Terms of Service

Last updated October 2025.

These terms apply to redrocksmath.com and every Red Rocks Math product. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

Your account

You are responsible for what happens under your account, including keeping your sign-in secure. Accounts for children under 13 must be created and supervised by a parent, guardian, or school. Please give us accurate information and keep it current.

Using the service

  • Use Red Rocks Math for learning and teaching — personal, family, or classroom use.
  • Don't resell, scrape, or redistribute our lessons, problems, or software.
  • Don't try to break, overload, or reverse engineer the service.
  • Don't share your account with people outside your household or class license.

Payment and subscriptions

Everything is free while we build out the catalog. If you later subscribe, plans renew automatically at the price shown at checkout until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your account page; access continues through the end of the period you already paid for. Taxes may apply.

Our content

Lessons, problems, artwork, avatar teachers, and software are owned by Red Rocks Math and are licensed to you for use with the service — not transferred.

Your content

The work you enter stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it so we can run your learning path and improve the service.

Availability

We work hard to keep the service running, but we can't promise it will never be down. Features may change, and products may be added or retired.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, Red Rocks Math is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Ending the agreement

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms.

Changes

If we change these terms, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top.
