Getting started

What is Red Rocks Math?

A family of math programs — fact practice, long operations, mini-courses, and full courses — tied together by one account and one personalized learning path.

Do I need one account per product?

No. A single Red Rocks Math account works in every product, on every device, and keeps your progress in sync.

What does it cost?

Everything is free while we build out the catalog. See the pricing page for what subscriptions will look like when they launch; accounts created today carry over.

Courses and mini-courses

Which courses are available right now?

Pre-Algebra and Algebra I are open now. Algebra 2 is in production and arrives with the same avatar teachers and step-by-step help.

How long is a full course?

A full school year of material. Most students do one short lesson plus practice per day, four or five days a week.

How is a mini-course different from a full course?

A mini-course targets a single skill — fractions, slope, factoring — in a handful of lessons, and finishes with a mastery check. Full courses cover an entire year of curriculum.

Does it align with my state standards?

Our scope and sequence follows common Pre-Algebra and Algebra I standards. Students can also skip ahead or repeat any topic, so the path can match whatever your school is doing.

For parents

How much screen time does this take?

Fact practice runs 3–10 minutes. A course lesson plus practice is usually 20–30 minutes.

Will it just give my child the answers?

No. The homework helper checks the work step by step and explains the next step. It is built to teach the method, not to finish the worksheet.

Can I see progress?

Yes — progress, streaks, and mastery are visible from the account the student signs in with, and family-facing reports are on the roadmap.

For teachers and schools

Can I use Red Rocks Math with my class?

Yes. Students can each create a free account today. Classroom rosters, assignments, and reporting are in development — email us and we will keep you posted.

Do you offer school pricing?

We do. Contact us with the number of students and we will put together a quote.

Technical

What devices work?

Any modern browser on a laptop, Chromebook, tablet, or phone. Nothing to install.

Does it work offline?

No. Progress is saved to your account, so an internet connection is required.
