Privacy Policy
Last updated October 2025.
Red Rocks Math is used by students, so we keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the service. This page explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
- Account information. Your name, email address, and profile picture when you sign in with Google.
- Learning data. The problems you work, answers you give, progress, streaks, and mastery results.
- Technical data. Basic logs such as browser type, device type, and error reports.
- Billing data. If subscriptions are active, payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
How we use it
To run your account, build and adjust your personalized learning path, save your progress across devices, fix bugs, and tell you about changes to the service. We do not sell personal information, and we do not show third-party advertising.
Children's privacy
Red Rocks Math is designed for school-age students. Accounts for children under 13 should be created and managed by a parent, guardian, or school. For those accounts we collect only what is needed for the learning program, and a parent, guardian, or school may review the data, request corrections, or ask us to delete it at any time by emailing hello@redrocksmath.com.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers we need to operate: Google (sign-in), Stripe (payments, if you subscribe), and our hosting provider. They may process data only on our instructions. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
For as long as your account is open, plus a short period afterward for backups. Ask us to delete your account and we will remove your personal information and learning data.
Your choices
- Ask for a copy of your data
- Ask us to correct or delete it

Cookies
We use cookies and similar browser storage to keep you signed in and remember preferences. We do not use advertising cookies.
